4 stars for the
coffee, but 2 stars for the experience in Halia Inc. The staffs are really
friendly but horribly incompetent when it comes to understanding English (since
it boasts as an European restaurant yet staffs can't speak a single word of
English). Ordering was a pain as the waiter does not know how to explain
anything when we ask what is the menu about. The raw coffee quality is good,
this we know, but unless they upgrade their staffs, on the product knowledge
and their communication skills, I doubt the international crowd would find this
place appetizing for a visit. My recommendation, get your coffee on-the-go if
you don't speak Malay.
